2.2. Imported water pumps come with a 100% copper winding warranty and a 100% genuine product warranty.
2.3. Local water pumps come with a 3-month warranty.
2.4. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content on the Website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
- Warranty
3.1. Imported water pumps sold on Pumps.pk comes with a 100% copper winding warranty and a 100% genuine product warranty.
3.2. Local water pumps have a 3-month warranty.
3.3. The warranty covers only the specified parts and does not cover any other parts or damages resulting from improper use or installation.
Return and Exchange Policy
4.1. We have a strict no return and no exchange policy for items that have been used. 4.2. Items that have not been used are eligible for exchange.
4.3. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be in its original unused condition and packaging.
4.4. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to exchange.

6.2. Free delivery is provided on orders above PKR 50,000.
6.3. Same-day delivery is available in Lahore for orders placed within the specified time frame.
